Refund & Cancellation Policy

Trade with AK is a trading education brand operated by Acadaj Learning Private Limited.

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to courses, workshops, offline batches, mentorship programs, digital educational content and other educational services offered through Trade with AK.

1. No Refund Policy

All payments made for our courses, programs, workshops, mentorships, registrations, digital content and educational services are non-refundable.

Once a payment has been completed and the enrolment, seat, access or service has been confirmed, the amount paid will not be refunded due to change of mind, non-attendance, personal circumstances, failure to participate, or discontinuation of the program by the participant.

2. Registration / Booking Payments

Any registration, booking or seat-reservation amount paid towards a course or program is non-refundable once the registration has been confirmed.

Participants are advised to review the course details, syllabus, duration, mode of delivery, applicable fees and other relevant information before making payment.

3. Digital Courses & Educational Content

Payments for pre-recorded courses, digital educational material, PDFs, recordings, online resources or other digital content are non-refundable once access has been provided.

4. Online Courses, Offline Batches & Workshops

Payments for online courses, offline classes, workshops and masterclasses are non-refundable once enrolment has been confirmed.

Non-attendance or failure to participate in scheduled sessions does not create an entitlement to a refund.

5. Personal Mentorship

Fees paid for personal mentorship programs are non-refundable once enrolment or scheduling has been confirmed.

If a participant is unable to attend a scheduled mentorship session, any rescheduling will be subject to the availability and terms of the mentorship program.

6. Batch Postponement or Rescheduling

If a batch is postponed or rescheduled by Acadaj Learning Private Limited, the participant’s enrolment may be transferred to the revised schedule or another suitable batch, subject to availability.

Such postponement or rescheduling does not automatically create a right to a refund.

7. Cancellation by the Company

If Acadaj Learning Private Limited cancels a program and is unable to provide the promised service, the Company will communicate the available alternative arrangement to affected participants.

Any remedy or refund in such circumstances will be handled in accordance with the applicable terms and applicable law.

8. Duplicate Payments

If a participant accidentally makes a duplicate payment for the same course or service, they should contact us immediately with the relevant transaction details. Verified duplicate payments may be reviewed and handled separately.

9. Before Making Payment

Participants are encouraged to carefully review:

  • Course name and syllabus
  • Duration
  • Online/offline format
  • Course schedule
  • Fees
  • Included services and materials
  • Terms & Conditions
  • Risk Disclosure
  • This Refund & Cancellation Policy

By completing a payment, the participant acknowledges that they have reviewed and accepted the applicable terms.
